About

Rosie’s Rescue Ranch

C & C Animal Rescue and Rehab, DBA Rosie’s Rescue Ranch, is a 501c3 nonprofit facility that takes care of animals that have been either abused, abandoned or had to be surrendered for different reasons such as the owner passing away, medical issues or cost.

Rescue
Rosie's Rescue Ranch

We will be helping our local shelters, animal rescues and the public through spay/neuter and animal welfare education. We will use social media to reach out to more people not just for donations, but to show them what we do and why it’s important to adopt rescue dogs instead of buying from backyard breeders.

We are a small Rescue, but we are special in the fact that we have a veterinary clinic on site and one of the founders, Dr. Cinda Rajkovic, is an emergency and daytime veterinarian. Above all else, we are committed to making a difference.

At our Facility in Camp Verde, Arizona, we have our permanent residents and some dogs that can be adopted if the right home presents itself and is in their best interest.

100% of donations go to feeding the animals, housing and medical care. For a donation fee, a tour can be given at Rosie’s Rescue Ranch which includes meeting Rosie.

Our main goal is to attract people that want to make a difference either through volunteering or donations and help us with this journey to save as many as we can.

Our Mission

Our Mission Statement is simple: to help animals and pets in need to the best of our abilities. Our Ranch is home to animals that have been abandoned or have long term medical issues and we work with our community and shelters to assist with Veterinary Care. It is our passion and duty to save as many animals as humanely as possible and we strive to make their environment safe and secure and when possible, adoption to loving homes.

Our background is Veterinary, and we see the worst and best in humans, so we are here to make a difference and give the animals the integrity they deserve.

Our Team

Savahna
Veterinary Technician/Secretary
Savahna is a professional groomer and our veterinary technician for Complete Pet Care. She also assists us at the rescue ranch with the animals' care and emergencies. She has the same passion for animals as we do. She and her family have several rescued dogs and she volunteers at the local humane society.
Cris
Co-founder
Cris met Cinda in 2007 when she was working for a  Phone company and flying helicopters for fun. When they first met, Cris was not a fan of veterinarians based on her experience – but Cinda proved her wrong – some vets are on the good side of helping animals. They have been together ever since and married later on.
Dr. Cinda
Co-founder/Veterinarian
Dr. Cinda Rajkovic grew up in Colorado and was an active runner and athlete. She ran as a freshman at the University of Nebraska as a heptathlete and then finished her undergraduate degree at Northern Arizona University with a degree in Microbiology and minor in Chemistry.
Rosie
Mascot
Dr. Cinda met Rosie in July of 2016. Rosie was 1.5 years old, and she had been injured 3 days prior. Her hind legs were paralyzed, and her bladder was enormous.
